Syntermed Applications - NeuroQ

This page provides the latest version of the NeuroQ™ and MCP applications. The steps required for downloading these applications are listed below.

New Installation

Click on the links below to download the latest versions of the applications required to run NeuroQ™. You should select the Save option for the downloads for these programs. Save the programs on your hard disk. The NeuroQ™ install program is called NeuroQsetup2.exe and the Master Control Program is called MCP_Release_v1.20.exe. Run both of these installers and select the defaults for all prompts. NeuroQ™ will automatically be loaded in the C:\Program Files\Syntermed\NeuroQ folder. The Master Control files will be automatically loaded in the C:\Program Files\Syntermed\MCP folder. The Syntermed Icon will be loaded on your desktop when finished which is used to launch the applications.

Upgrade

If you are performing an update to your current version of NeuroQ™ then uninstall the previous version of NeuroQ first before you install this version, you do not need to uninstall MCP. The previous license file will work for the upgrade. Also if you are updating MCP, you will need to re-index your previous studies. To do this go to the File menu in the MCP screen and choose "re-index" from the drop down list. This will allow you to read all of the previous studies with this new version of MCP.

Documentation

There will be several documentation files loaded in the C:\Program Files\Syntermed\NeuroQ\NeuroQDocs folder. They are the MCP User Manual, NeuroQ Quick Start, NeuroQ PC Manual, and the NeuroQ DICOM File Transfer Instructions. These are pdf files so you will need Adobe Reader to view them. You can download this free program by clicking on the following link: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html Start with the Quick Start and then use the other documents for further information. License

When you first run the MCP program you will be asked to contact Syntermed for the license file. Please call or send an email to info@syntermed.com with the number code generated by MCP for your computer and we will send you back the license file in an email.
