With the Emory Toolbox loaded on PCs and laptops in your clinic, you can easily and inexpensively perform quantitative analysis of PET myocardial perfusion data.  PETtools contains normal limits for Rubidium and Ammonia to evaluate perfusion and a tool to evaluate FDG match/mismatch.

The top row of the match/mismatch page shows distance-weighted raw polar maps of the perfusion study (left), the FDG study (middle) and the difference between the two (right). The middle row of this page shows the perfusion study (left) after it has been compared to the appropriate normal database; thus, it is displayed as a blackout map.
